Iesabel is a Diablo-style point and click hack and slash RPG. Although the story seems interesting and the ideas behind the gameplay seem sound, the implementation is lacking. The game is definitely buggy and the controls are frustrating at various points. A lot of the time I'm not sure if I did something incorrectly or I'm hitting a bug. Once you get into the fighting it's quite fun, however.

I don't expect to be playing this too much in the future, but since I got it when it was on sale for £1.10 I think it was reasonable value for the hour I've already spent on it.

If you have a fondness for the genre and a tolerance for bugs then it's probably worth getting the next time it's on sale.
