The Minecraft 1.20 snapshot 23w17a for Minecraft Java edition released today. I will show you all the additions, changes and fixes added to this snapshot! This is actually the second snapshot for minecraft 1.20, no longer part of 1.19! This snapshot adds seven new minecraft 1.20 advancements, these are:
Smells interesting : Obtain a Sniffer Egg
Little sniffs : Feed a Snifflet
Planting the past : Plant any Sniffer seed
Respecting the remnants : Brush a Suspicious block to obtain a Pottery Sherd
Careful restoration : Make a Decorated Pot out of 4 Pottery Sherds
Crafting a new look : Craft a trimmed armor at a Smithing Table
Smithing with style : Apply these smithing templates at least once: Spire, Snout, Rib, Ward, Silence, Vex, Tide, Wayfinder
Furthermore, there are 4 new ambient music tracks by Aaron Cherof, which play in the Cherry Groves, Desert, Jungle, Badlands, and Flower Forest biomes. They are A Familiar Room, Bromeliad, Crescent Dunes and Echo in the Wind. There is also the new minecraft 1.20 music disc called Relic by Aaron Carter! There are changes to the sculk sensor and calibrated sculk sensor. Finally, the light engine has been upgraded!
