All the commands needed to create your own boss bars:
Create boss bar: /bossbar add first {"text":"Boss Health","color":"blue","bold":true}
Show boss bar on screen: /bossbar set first players @a
Set boss bar style: /bossbar set first style notched_6
Set boss bar maximum value: /bossbar set first max 6
Set boss bar value: /bossbar set first value 4
Set boss bar color: /bossbar set first color blue

If the boss bar is not working for you, ask me in the comments for help, but make sure you've used the command: '/bossbar set first players @a' correctly! If the notches look strange on screen, it is because you have multiple boss bars on screen at the same time, this is a bug mojang hasn't fixed yet!
