In minecraft snapshot 22w45a, the operator items tab or operator utilities tab was added as an optional tab for the minecraft creative inventory! To activate the secret creative inventory tab you need to head over to your controls and set operator items tab from OFF to ON! This option only shows up if you have operator permissions in your world!
