This one uses a different method to upscale, instead now it's using a nearest-Neighbour based system which should have it's shading flaws hidden by YouTube's compression. It does, however, have a LOT of jpeg-like artefacting which I haven't been able to get rid of yet. I'll need to figure out how to denoise it first, then upscale. Added bonus, this has like... no upscaling AI involved so the turn overrate of a video becomes significantly faster with less "destroying my GPU" antics.

Going to look into ways of pre-denoising frames before upscaling to clear up the compression. Might just use g'mic and have it edit all the frames of number 4 manually.
