Meet Jenkins, official butler-robot-gear dropper of the Heroes of our Time. A "simple" machine utilizing the new features of the 13w03a snapshot. The chests as I mention could be replaced with hopper minecarts, if you were willing to change the parking area of the hoppers, and find a way to adjust the timing to drop off everything on a run.
