Featuring a unique sense of style, Biomechanical Toy is an oddity that has been an arcade exclusive until relatively recently. That's a shame, as it is a fun game that deserves to be experienced by more people!

Just to note: the intro calls the enemy 'Scrubby', but most of the documentation around the game references the name 'Scruffy'. To be honest, the game is fully of typos and weird grammar, so this inconsistancy is no major surprise!
