Mistakes were made on both sides, but it's all about how you recover! | IOC # 263
4You just know there are gonna be problems when half of your team goes to the Workshop in the beginning instead of the Hangar right? Well, take a guess how that team fight at the Hangar turned out LoL! We did get Workshop and then had to go take the Docks, they already had Stealth waiting to start killing the Glaives, one even died before it left the Docks area! Well, they send a TON to finish off the rest of the Glaives, but they forgot to think about how vulnerable that would make the Hangar to an all out assault! They had only 3-5 people at the Hangar and our team mowed them down like nothing and reclaimed the Hangar. They got our East Gate down quite a bit before we took it though, so we had to not only hold the Hangar, but make sure no Glaives or other Vehicles got to the East Gate, let alone if they had any inside our base running bombs!
They did finally cap the Workshop and instead of sending their Demolishers to finish off the East Gate in our base, they sent them to the Hangar while we had almost all of our team there to drop them! Very bad mistake indeed on their part, but we made mistakes too, so we will capitalize on this and keep dropping their East Gate in the process. We finally wiped them and sent them running away and go their East Gate down and started to go ALL IN on their boss. You can tell it was at least a partial premade on their side by the way of their organization when they came back to defend their base and boss!
I was trying to hold the Graveyard as long as possible, but I finally went down on the flag and they reclaimed it. We had a lot of people in with their boss and managed to get their boss down to almost 10% before they fully wiped our team and started healing their boss. Had a few things happen at the Hangar, so I was helping hold it, then we took the Workshop as well and finally got their base Graveyard back and brought in bombs to clear them out of the boss room and finally finish the High Commander!
