Ingredients for making SWEET BANANA PAKODA
OR
KELYACHE UMBER
▪︎11 Tbsp wheat flour.
▪︎5 bananas.
▪︎200 gms of grated jaggery.
▪︎1/2 tsp cardemom powder.
▪︎1/2 tsp ghee.
▪︎1 tbsp chana flour.
Method for making SWEET BANANA PAKODA
OR
KELYACHE UMBER
1. In a bowl smash the bananas.
2. Add 4 tbsp of wheat flour in it.
3. Add jaggery in it.
4. Add wheat flour till it thickens and also add one tbsp chana flour in it.
5. Then add elaichi powder and ghee.
6. Deep fry till brown.
7. Serve hot.
