PANEER TIKKA MASALA DRY
Ingredients for making PANEER TIKKA MASALA (DRY):-
▪︎250 gm paneer.
▪︎300gm hung curd (gada dahi).
▪︎1tsp red chillie powder.
▪︎1tsp tandoori masala (option).
▪︎1/2tsp garam masala.
▪︎1/4tsp turmeric powder.
▪︎1tbsp ginger garlic crushed.
▪︎1onion medium diced.
▪︎1 capsicum medium diced.
▪︎salt as per taste.
Method for making hung curd:-
Take 300 gms of normal curd in a cotton thin cloth that is muslin cloth keep it in a vessel..as hanged n covered with plate for 3 hrs.
Method for making PANEER TIKKA MASALA:-
1. Take a bowl add hung curd in it add all masala...as shown in video. Mix well.
2. Add onion and capsicum in it the add paneer. And marinate for minimum 2 hours in fridge or in room temprature.
3.Remove marinated material half an hour before frying process if it is in fridge so that it comes in room temprature...
4. We have to add salt 15 min before frying in the marination. Salt must b as per taste.
5. Take a frying pan put oil and start frying it till it becomes dry...and vegetables become soggy .
6. Serve it hot with paratha or chapati.
