Open Toast in RUDHIRA'S ANDAAZ. Instant Sandwich with lots of nutrientional value. Healthy Recipe
Ingredient for making OPEN TOAST :-
▪︎1 bowl milk cream or malai. ▪︎3 tbsp rawa.
▪︎cheese slices (option).
▪︎12 bread slices.
▪︎1 medium capsicum chopped finely.
▪︎1 medium tomato chopped finely.
▪︎2 green chillies finely chopped.
▪︎less then 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped.
▪︎4 cloves of garlic.
▪︎1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
▪︎1/4 tsp salt. Or as per taste.
▪︎2 tbsp coriander finely chopped.
Method for making OPEN TOAST:-
1. In a bowl add a bowl of fresh cream....milk cream.. avoid using amul fresh cream ..
2. Add rawa in it.
mix well.
3. Add black pepper powder, salt, tomato , capsicum, finely chopped green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander and give it a good mix.
4. Mix it well and keep it for 15 min aside.
5. After 15 min take a slice of bread apply the mixture on it without using any butter or ghee...do not apply butter or ghee.
6. Heat the tawa for shallow fry. And place it upside down.
7. Turn it on the other side.
8. Make it golden brown.
9. Remove it from tawa add cheese as u want to decorate.
10. Sevrve hot with ketchup.
