Modding a weapon in Borderlands 2 is easy with the right tools. I gave a plasma caster an extra sumthin' sumthin' by adding explosive damage while maintaining it's plasma casting attributes. It's a modded weapon that stays in-game! This is because there is a chance that it could be generated.
