World of Warcraft Remix : Mists of Pandaria
From May 16th, 2024, August 19th, 2024,

Players can purchase and learn the Tusks of Mannoroth (Transmog) on any class.
sold by Pythagorus in any Infinite Bazaar for 38,500 Bronze Coins and 20 Bones of Mannoroth.

(TIP) However, it's still not usable on classes other than plate wearers.

Bones of Mannoroth drop from Garrosh Hellscream in Siege of Orgrimmar
on Normal or higher difficulties.

Normal Garrosh drops 1x Bones, Heroic Garrosh drops 4x Bones,
and Mythic Garrosh drops 10x Bones of Mannoroth.

(TIP) You don't need the bones if you already have the tusk.
This was hotfixed on June 5th, 2024 by Blizzard.

(TIP) Before the hotfixes on June 5th, 2024 by Blizzard,
I was able to see Tusks of Mannoroth (Transmog) on the vendor list.
The first time I saw them weeks ago, I honestly thought maybe it's another bug.
I'm glad it was a bug. Can't complain, less Bronze Coins to grind :)

Siege of Orgrimmar MoP Remix (basic tips):

05. Galakras: Send 2 to 4 people to shoot him down. GG.

06. Iron Juggernaut: Nothing special, just zerg him.

07. Kor'kron Dark Shaman: Pull them outside first and zerg them.

08. General Nazgrim: Nothing special, just zerg him.

09. Malkorok: Nothing special, just zerg him.

10. Spoils of Pandaria: Split your group. GG.

11. Thok the Bloodthirsty: Nothing special, just zerg him.

12. Siegecrafter Blackfuse: Nothing special, no belt, just zerg him.

13. Paragons of the Klaxxi: Bugs out, reset. (TIP)

Wait for all 3 to land before you attack them or they are going to reset.
On live server, this bug can happen. The solution I know is to try to kill them slowly.

14. Garrosh Hellscream: You can still reset the dialogue between Garrosh and Thrall
by dragging some mobs to him while he does the Bla Bla Bla.
