Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance - Shang Tsung - Max Difficulty - No Rounds or Matches Lost - 2020
A playthrough of the Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance Arcade Ladder with Shang Tsung on Max Difficulty.
Beating the AI on Max difficulty is not too difficult provided you learn its patterns.
Sidestepping is the key, however just like with Scorpion's spear, Shang Tsung's specials have a large recovery time and are not worth using too often.
A somewhat simple way to deal with the AI is to juggle them twice with Crane Wing (Triangle) and then perform a soul steal.
The benefits of this are twofold:
One, you take away 17% of the enemy's health and two, it recovers a small amount of health that could make the difference between a win and a loss especially if you get caught in a combo by the AI.
You can also execute the Master's Edge combo with the sword (Circle, Triangle, X, Forward + X,), block, then do it again after the enemy attacks and is temporarily vulnerable.
For Moloch, keep executing the Master's Edge combo with his sword.
You don't really need to sidestep too much this time as the last strike of the combo pushes Moloch back.
Although, it is extremely important to block immediately after the combo since Moloch will attack.
After you block, execute the above combo again, rinse and repeat.
