Here you have Ms. Pac-Man for the Atari 2600. it's a very good version considering the limitations of the console. All four levels from the arcade version are present although somewhat rearranged due to the system. All four ghosts are present as is the queen of dot eating mazes herself, Ms. Pac-Man. The only real omission is the cut scenes in between every two mazes that exists in most other versions and the arcade version. The gameplay is fluid and easy. For those of you unfamiliar, you guide Ms. Pac-Man around a maze eating dots trying to empty out the maze and move on to the next. Along the way you'll find energizer dots that allow you to turn the tables in the ghosts that are perpetually chasing you and for a brief time you chase and even eat them! But don't wait too long or the power of the energizer dot will end and they will come at you again. The game is one of two player alternating. if you liked the original arcade Pac-Man, then you'll most likely love this one as well. If you happen to own an Atari 2600 I definitely recommend this game or you can emulate it using the Stella emulator. So sit back, relax, and enjoy Ms. Pac-Man for the Atari 2600.
