In order to unlock the LET'S KICK SOME ICE! achievement, you must freeze an enemy, and then kick it to kill it. This can be done with the Ice Katana, BUT, can also be done with Ice Extinguishers I am guessing as well. This is a passive you can get later in the game that adds some Ice Extinguishers in the rooms that allow you to shoot them to freeze nearby enemies. Either way, freeze an enemy, and then kick it, and the achievement will pop!
