Simic Stompy officially joins the ranks of my pet decks! I have been playing this list a lot and really enjoying it lately. The concept is that ramping is an awesome thing to do in control decks as it allows you to play cheap threats and still hold up instant speed interaction, especially counterspells. Being simic means that we have access to cheap green creatures which just have the largest bodies for the mana value! Cheap counters, tempo plays like Into the Flood Maw and early game combat superiority should let us win by the early mid game. It's a very fun strategy, and this deck is humming! Fully rotation proof of course too!
