What an overly long title...

When I first tried this game I thought it would be cakewalk with the simple controls. That is, until I had my first CPU match. I got curbstomped and it seems to be that my fightstick will not be up to the task as the game uses the DPAD and the analog stick at the same time. I have a pad in my arsenal, but the game doesn't detect it for some reason.

Edit: The controller works after all. I initially thought it's not detected as it's not showing up in the controller settings.

I got my ass kicked by the Fifth Hokage, as expected.

I picked Shikamaru Nara as his seiyuu is the same person who voiced X in X5 to X7 (Showtaro Morikubo,) his birthdate is close to mine (September 22,) and I like his lazy devil-may-care attitude (although his character developed after Asuma's death.)
