This video I am only going to focus on taking down Sarutobi the third Hokage and Tsunade the 5th hokage as fast as possible. I have tried many attempts at these fights and I tried to find a fool proof strategy and I finally found one that works wonders. I also gather up the last lovelorn villager that I missed in my previous video. Alright now keep in mind these challenges are set to the jounen rank automatically, it does not matter what difficulty mode you are playing. Take SEROUS precaution before even attempting to grab the card at the end of the train tracks. Tsunade is quite possibly one of the strongest fighters in this game, because of her regenerative abilities, that means you have to take her down hard and fast as humanly possible. You may find yourself dishing on the damage, performing jutsu after jutsu, but if she heals consistently, the battle can go on forever. So to compensate for that, we are going to do some upgrades.

At this point do not worry about upgrading scrolls that will give you higher chakra regeneration, or stronger jutsu's, (you will be getting a secret scroll soon for this) it's important to note that both of these fighters have large health pools because of the game being set to jounin rank. You will hit overdrive pretty fast so these scrolls really are not going to help you much. So what I found to be the best solution to these battles is pick a party of fast melee characters and characters that can really tackle on the damage, I chose Choji because of his high attack power and Neji because of his quick and agile combo's.

Once you pick a team, I found the best solution to this is to upgrade your combo's STR capabilities as much as you can, so your combo's are dishing out tons of damage each time to compensate for her fast healing, on top of that upgrade your killer finishing blow so when you do the final attack of your combo, it does a ton of damage. So with that being said, purchase "Killer Impact" and "Iron Fist" and then upgrade them as much as you can. This will give you a 60% increase in damage during a final hit of your combo and increase your combo chains by 30% that is a staggering 90% increase in combo damage.

As far as defensive scrolls use "reflex" it's a very valuable scroll that will block 20% of the time if you upgraded it. With tsunade being able to attack really quickly, it's a great way to compensate for her quick combo's, also use the "iron skin" that decreases the damage you receive from combo's, these characters you do not have to really worry about their jutsu, since they don't use them that often so it's best to counter their ridiculous strength and fast combo's with great defensive scrolls. Now once you defeat Sarutobi, he drops a very powerful scroll called "way of the third" now it's up to you to use this if you want, or you can continue using the same scrolls as mentioned above to fight tsunade. I tried both solutions and both work great, though using way of the third might require a bit of luck and skill but is ultimately faster. I chose to substitute it for killer impact in this video. This scroll gives you 100% damage output for any jutsu. So if you manage to pull off a strong jutsu you can nearly deplete tsunade's health bar. For most players that are confident in their skills and can perform jutsu quick this might be the fool proof strategy. For Defeating Tsunade you get the Legendary "Granny" scroll, this scroll is probably one of the best scrolls in the game as it enables any of your other party members to regain HP well not fighting. I would use way of the third and granny throughout the majority of the game until I come across something better, plus with all of the upgrades you just purchased, it's going to make many of the future battles a walk in the park.
