The commander of the NATO headquarters in the Netherlands that supports ISAF in Afghanistan has given his reaction to recent violence in Helmand province.

Speaking to our reporter Rob Olver at his Joint Force Command Headquarters in Brunssum, German General Wolf Langheld said that the killing of 17 villagers and the overrunning of an Afghan Army outpost would do nothing to change plans for the withdrawal of international forces by the end of 2014.
