A team of cyclists, runners and hand-bikers is embarking on a grueling 3,000-mile relay around the entire coastline of Britain to raise funds for forces' charities.

Tour de Forces will cover the distance over the next month and the pioneering member of the team is former Marine Mark Ormrod, who was the British military's first triple amputee.
