Turns out Olias (Arc Guard) and Lloyd (Asgard) were both Berienstahl in disguise the entire time. It's possible that as Lloyd, he never died to Zash's forces in the first place and was actually colluding with Zash the whole time.
12:45 Boss: Berienstahl (Hard)
His stats are the same as last time, but he has a bunch of clones of Chris backing him up.
16:34 Forced Transformation
Berienstahl flees again, but not before using Arthur's Royal Gem to force Alex to transform into a dragon.
17:53 Boss: Alexander the Fallen Dragon (Hard)
Even if you use Sophie's fire barrier, the dragon can still hit hard with physical attacks. You may want to put Fluorescent clothes on Nade to draw more aggro.
26:16 Sophie's Sacrifice
Sophie takes a fatal attack for Nade in the process of freeing Alex. However, the elemental changing boss from the Paladin trial shows up and reveals herself to be the Hero King, Cecilia Charlemagne. She tells Nade to put Sophie in suspended animation in a pocket dimension. The only way to fully revive her is to find all the Paladin Souls and combine their power with the Paladin Soul of life. In the meantime, Nade has to constantly expend energy to keep Sophie alive.

Sophie can choose which chapter to start first, but the game will make you choose Nade's chapter first anyways.
33:38 Nerfed Nade
Nade is on a ship to the Principality of Albert, but his stats are lowered due to the strain of preserving Sophie's body. He still fights off some random pirates easily.
36:09 Port Rissel
A local knight, Randall, invites Nade to receive Duke Albert's thanks, but inside the mansion, Nade spots a suspicious man with a fearsome aura.
The duke tells Nade that the pirates might have the Paladin Soul.
Once Nade leaves, it turns out the duke is being forced to work with Red Rose and Curtis Drake.

At the boss tile, you'll be attacked by Red Rose's zombies, but Red Rose herself runs without fighting, though she warns Nade about Curtis Drake.
There's a Golden Lady here, but I pasted the battle at the end of the video, since I wasn't initially sure I could beat her.

You can visit the Traveler's Market.

I guess we can't meet Galahad yet.

At the boss point, you'll be attacked by a group of harpies, who aren't too strong if you have Million Thrust.
The harpies invite Nade to their village once they realize he means no harm. However, Nade collapses and has to sleep for a night because of the strain of using his powers. He also has a dream of when he first met Sophie, but Berienstahl was there too in his Lloyd form. Afterwards, talk to Andromache to fly down to the pirate hideout.

This turns out to be the base of the Eagle Pirates, so I guess we won't be wiping them out. However, Captain Eagle still wants to challenge Nade to a duel.
1:01:53 Boss: Captain Eagle (Hard)
Like Lancelot, he'll use his limit break after you knock him down to 0, so make sure you have enough HP to survive.

1:08:39 Boss: Golden Lady & Miasma Samurai (Hard)
I had to reload to right before I fought the harpies, though that turned out to be unnecessary later, since the game gives you another chance to return to these locations after the next dungeon.
This is going to be harder with a weakened Nade, but it's still possible with Iai Slash.
1:13:21 Boss: Golden Lady & Miasma Berserker (Hard)
I found that using the time stop skill gives Nade a bit more breathing room.
