The Net Yaroze disc with the serial SLED-01340 was given out to participants and winners at the GDUK competition involving Net Yaroze games organized by EDGE Magazine (by Future Publishing, the same company behind the Official UK PlayStation Magazine and the Redline magazine which also published an issue with Exclusive PlayStation Racing demos). When you try and boot the disc into normal hardware or in an emulator, you'll notice that during or after the PlayStation logo, it freezes and refuses to boot further. This is also the same on Debugging Stations with 8MB of RAM. That is unless you have the Net Yaroze system with the Access Card still intact, which is the exact peripheral required to boot the disc, according to some sources.

However, I found out that the disc can be booted up using a regular European OPM demo disc with Net Yaroze games included (at least those that have a selector of Net Yaroze games included on them, not those standalone ones that came before Terra Incognita).

To boot the Net Yaroze Compilation disc:

1. Boot up an OPM demo disc which includes Net Yaroze games via an integrated selector.
2. Start a Net Yaroze game included on the disc and wait until the load screen with Now Loading... appears.
3. As said loading screen appears, open the tray, remove the OPM disc and insert the Net Yaroze disc. Close the tray immediately. The menu with the games included on the disc loads in just like that.

And to close things out here, I show off an early version of Richard Smithies' Hover Car Racing (from Euro Demos 36 (Europe), 23 (France) and 08/98 (Germany) respectively), which includes an accessible but non-functional Memory Card menu and a never-ending race in Arcade mode with all weapons and turbo boost already available and infinite ammo and quantities.
