A new method of usable restricted items got discovered.
It turns out that when you load up a saved game, there is a small input frame window that allows the player to use ANY item in the game.

Previously it required using the photograph box and swapping the usable item with restricted item to trick the game (see 3DS Goron Missile online).

This method is notable as
1) It does not require the Photograph box
2) Fierce Deity Link cannot use Photograph box to do item swap method so this is one way for FD Link to use restricted items.
