Only setup required is to make sure that the Mafia's mood is "Unfriendly" at the start of the contract. Quickest way to accomplish this is to shoot the HQ guard at the start of Act 3 right before doing a Medivac and heading to Chinese HQ. Solid 10-second time save off of my PB for the segment, minus a second or two for the required setup.

Not useful in other categories as this contract is normally a good opportunity to hunt down nearby number cards.
