NICK54222 Unboxing: Toradora! Blu-ray (Standard Edition)
4Today's unboxing is the Toradora! Standard Edition Blu-rays. I found them available for purchase on RightStuf and decided to get them. I didn't think to consider the possibility for a premium edition, but after looking around, it's out of stock unless you use eBay. Even then, it would be pricey. And besides, the content on the Blu-rays should still be the same anyways. Some of the shows I got from Funimation did have limited editions, but I usually stuck with the standard ones.
Regardless, this is a show I really liked when I heard about it almost 10 years ago. It was about a year later that I heard it would receive an English dub, which I watched years later. Now, I've finally got the anime on home video!
And just to clarify, this is the newer release of the anime with the dub. It was originally released with only a sub and on DVD (not sure if the original release was on Blu-ray).
Anyways, the next unboxing video will be a Sentai Filmworks/Sentai series in full. Technically, it's most of the anime (4 seasons and a special) in one set and two OVAs in another. As for the others, both are Blu-rays for shows I unboxed on DVD in the past, but one of them was on backorder, so that'll come later.
