Head to the Tower and you'll find... Devola and Popola. Man I hope they survive! Enter the Tower and follow the exact same path as 9S and you'll reach the room where the fight with 9S and the 2Bs was, but nothing's here. Continue along the path and enter the door when you get to it. We're in a library now. Examine the white glowing spot and Pod will enable A2 to hack, just like 9S. You'll obtain the Library Index Archive in here. Now go up the stairs to the upper level and hack both spots (one on each side). We'll get Human Server Records and Class 1 Patient Health Record Archives. Now open the doors next to the stairs to find two chests with MEdium Recovery and Small Recovery.

Go down to the first floor and approach the glowing spot to trigger a scene and now we're in control of 9S. We have to hack ourselves so do so and then open up the locked chest cus it contains Project Gestalt Report 11 Archive...

Proceed down the corridor and in the open area, two machines dressed in red (you've probably seen them already in cutscenes while playing as 9S in Route B) appear and now we have to destroy some machines that are dropped off from the sky. Nothing hard, honestly. Afterwards, we get the [Top Secret] YoRHa Disposal Archive. Proceed and now we're attacked by some YoRHa with flight units. Very easy since they only use their blade attack (and maybe one of them will use missiles and their laser attack). After you defeat them, hop on the flight unit and we're now in control of A2...

To the Top Floor
Investigate the Tower.
... Holy S*** we're in middle of a boss fight, somewhat! I won't list it here since you only fight it for a little bit and then it runs away. The only thing it does is shoot missiles from its sides so run from one side to the other and keep shooting at it! Once it leaves, proceed down the middle stairs and follow the corridor until you get to an open area, where you can find Powerup Part L in a chest to the northeast. Now examine the pedestal on the left to hack it. Move to the end to find the two find the machines dressed in red. Start attacking them while listening to what they say until Pod suggests you create a weakness.

What's this weakness? DO NOT ATTACK. That's right, let the machines keep multiplying until they all disappear and start killing each other. Kill the last standing one and we'll be outside again and in an elevator, but soon enough the previous boss, Ko-Shi returns and tries to take us out. Still not defeatable, but it has a couple attacks, which are:

Vertical Slash: Puts its blades together and slashes vertically, creating a shockwave moving forward. Simply stay out of the central area.
Shockwave: it slashes in a circular move and creates a large shockwave that hits the whole ground. Simply jump over it.
Tentacle: One of its tentacles (sorta?!) appears on one of the sides and starts shooting energy orbs at you. Quickly take care of it with your Pod and continue focusing on the boss.
Not much to say, honestly but right after we see 9S pass by and now we get to control him in a flight section. Destroy some enemies and now we get to fight the little brother of Ko-Shi, Ro-Shi. This thing only shoots energy orbs that you can easily dodge by dodging in between them and by staying on the sides... yup. You'll be switching back and forth between A2 and 9S while fighting Ro-Shi and killing machines until you reach the top, and you fight THE boss.
