Reggie Fils Aime was interviewed by Gamespot recently and in the interview he mentioned the reasons why the Wii U failed. He said there wasn't a constant release of critical games to drive consumer interest on and there were too many big time gaps between important releases. They plan on fixing that big time with the Nintendo Switch.
