Walkthrough:
First, head up back up to Surgate Castle and work your way back towards where the wizard was blocking your path (through the library). There is a Cottage to be picked up from the crate that is now accessible. Now take the path west towards the desert, but don't enter the pyramid yet. Instead, keep heading west until you arrive at Moore.

03:12 - Moore
In Moore, head to the house in the bottom left of the screen and you will enter a hidden path. Work your way towards the very bottom of that path, where you will enter a new part of the town. There, you get to decide between the Brave Blade or Chicken Knife. The Chicken Knife is only stronger if you flee a lot. Now head into the pyramid.

05:16 - Pyramid of Moore
Walk up to the door and you will immediately encounter your first boss.

05:19 - Gargoyle x2 (Boss)
You have to kill both Gargoyles at the same time; otherwise they will cast arise on one another. Simply cast Zenigage to one-shot them.

Inside the pyramid, take the left path and push the switches so that you can navigate safely through the spikes. Walk into the flow of sand and you will drop down into the basement. Be sure to equip Learn on anyone that you want to learn Doom and have someone else with the Control ability equipped. When you open the first chest, you will encounter 4 of The Damned. Control one and have it cast Doom on whomever has Learn equipped. Follow the path back upstairs and continue up to the second floor.

Navigate through the hidden walls while killing/avoiding the Aspis and head back down to the first floor. Follow the only path available, pressing the switches as you go and head up to the third floor.

On this floor, enter the room to collect the 3 chests (all containing monsters), then head up the stairs on the right. You have to wait for the spikes to drop before you run up the stairs.

There are 3 chests in the northern part of this map and one in the far left behind spikes. Press the nearby switch and collect the chest. You will have to defeat an Archeosaur here. Now head up through the sarcophagus to read the next floor.

First, take the path up to the stairs to the north to collect 2 more chests after defeating the monsters. Then head back and work your way towards the other path to the south. However, there is a hidden wall to the south that leads you to a Black Garb that you should collect before heading up the steps. On the 6th floor, first fall down the flow of sand to pick up the next chest and head back up. Work your way to the east side and enter the wall. Here, you will have 2 possible switches to push on a wall. The right switch knocks you down, and the left switch is correct, unlocking 4 more chests. When done, follow the only path available until you get to the 7th floor. Just head up to the 8th floor at first.

21:43 - Sekhmet (Boss-ish)
You will randomly encounter Sekhmet in the Pyramid. He isn't difficult, but he does tell you that is brother is going to seek revenge.

On the 8th floor, the pathway moves every couple of seconds. Be patient (unlike me) and watch the pattern, picking up the 3 chests. You will want to fall once to collect 3 chests in the hidden pathways back on the 7th floor. Head back up to the 8th floor and take the top right path first. This leads to 2 more chests. Then head back down and take the left pathway to collect the final 2 chests and follow the path up the ramp up to the First Tablet.

After some cutscenes, head back towards the Guardian Tree, where you will fight another boss.

40:39 - Melusine (Boss)
Melusine can be a pain if you don't have the right abilities equipped. Be sure to give someone the Scan ability and have someone able to cast Black Mage spells. Simply have one member scan for her weakness, and then cast the corresponding spell to make it simple.

After the fight and cutscenes, head towards your ship that is near Surgate Castle. Then head to nearby Regole to rest up.
