As per the title, and the method that I used.

Low level weapons are useful for accessing the moveset without the damage, for whatever purpose one needs them.

00:00 Obtaining
==========
Simply go through the first mission on the lowest difficulty without level sync. In the video, I took a shorter path and skipped a lot of checks to shorten the process.

I was aiming for blue ("rare") rarity weapons. Personally I don't know if there are higher rarity level 1 anything, but I've never seen one. Having maxed out the underworld bonuses definitely doesn't help either.

02:31 Swapping
==========
After collecting some amount of likely undesirable lvl.1 weapons, we can swap them out with a Sudama. Sudama will trade the weapon we offer with a random weapon of equal level and rarity.

This also removes the +levels, but obviously not relevant here.

03:08 Customising
==========
Soul matching an equipment with a lower rarity equivalent as material, regardless of level, will not raise its level. So does soul matching equal or higher rarity, but equal or lower level equipment as the material.

This results in white arrow transferables being very easy to inherit as we can first put them on a lower rarity equipment, before using that as the material.

Orange arrow transferables however are very uncommon in the lower rarities.

Misc...
==========
Level 1 armours can be farmed the same way, although toughness values are all over the place for those lower than divine rarity. Customising will also be limited since transferable traits in armours can only be transferred out of divine or higher rarity equipment. Not to mention Sudama trading might not yield armours that don't drop naturally such as the Dojo Uniform.

| Recorded on a PS4, patch 1.27.

This is another one of those things that I recorded some time ago, but only now decided to upload.
