"Frying Pan Hamburger"

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・300g ground beef
・1 slice of bread [8 slices]
・6 bunches of broccoli (60g)
・1/2 tablespoon salad oil
☆Seasonings for meat
・1 egg
・4 tablespoons milk
・Pinch of salt
・A little pepper
★Seasonings for sauce
・100cc water
・2 teaspoons sugar
・2 teaspoons soy sauce
・3 tablespoons ketchup

■Procedure
(1) Add ground beef and bread into a frying pan while tearing them into small pieces. Add ☆ and mix well until sticky (meat).
(2) Divide the meat into 4 equal parts, remove the air, and arrange them in the frying pan in oval shapes. Add salad oil to the empty spaces and heat over high-medium heat until browned. Flip it over and cook in the same way. (It will be simmered after this, so there is no need to cook it all the way through. If you are concerned about the frying pan getting dirty, wipe it off with kitchen paper or something similar.)
(3) Wipe off any excess fat from the frying pan, add ★, mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through. Add the broccoli, cover again, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. (You can also make this with frozen broccoli! Add it frozen and heat until cooked through.)
