■Ingredients (for 2 people)
・200g spaghetti
・20 shiso leaves
・1 can (70g) of canned tuna [boiled in water]
・1 clove of garlic
・2 tablespoons of olive oil
☆Seasonings
・1/3 teaspoon of salt
・A little pepper
・2 tablespoons of spaghetti boiling water

■Procedure
(1) Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them into thin strips. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and finely chop it.
(2) Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt (not included in the recipe: appropriate amount) and spaghetti, and boil for a slightly shorter time than indicated on the package. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the boiling water and drain. (The recommended amount of salt is 1 teaspoon per 1L of water.)
(3) Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat, and when the aroma comes out, add spaghetti, tuna, and ☆ and stir fry over medium heat. Add shiso leaves and stir fry briefly. (If using canned tuna, drain the liquid before using.)
