Introducing a recipe that makes good use of cut vegetables to easily make the popular gyoza dumplings♪ Not only does it save time, but it also reduces the amount of dishes to wash.

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・14 gyoza skins
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
☆Meat filling
・100g minced pork
・130g cut vegetables [cabbage, shredded]
・Pinch of salt
・1 teaspoon grated ginger
・1/3 teaspoon grated garlic
・1/2 tablespoon sake
・1 teaspoon soy sauce
・1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
・1 tablespoon potato starch
★Sauce
・Appropriate amount of ponzu soy sauce
■Procedure
(1)Put the cabbage in a plastic bag, sprinkle with salt and rub from the top of the bag. Leave for about 5 minutes and squeeze out the water.
(2)Add the remaining ☆ and mix until sticky (meat filling). Cut off a small corner of the bag.
(3) Squeeze equal amounts of 2 into the gyoza skins, brush the edges of the skin with water (not included in the recipe: a suitable amount) and fold both ends up.
(4) Heat half the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan, arrange 3 on top and cook over medium heat.
(5) When you hear a crackling sound, add water (not included in the recipe: 3 tbsp), cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
(6) Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) around the edge of the frying pan and cook until golden brown.
(7) Place 6 in a serving dish and garnish with ponzu soy sauce.
