■Ingredients (2 servings)
・200g thinly sliced pork belly (for stir-frying)
・1/4 cabbage (300g)
・2 tablespoons sake
・3 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce
・Appropriate amount of finely chopped green onion
■Procedure
(1) Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and spread it out in a frying pan, then remove the core. (Wash the cabbage thoroughly.)
(2) Place the pork on top, spreading it out so that it does not overlap as much as possible, and pour the sake over it. Cover and heat over low-medium heat, and steam for about 8 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
