Not made by the original author, "nuts4" is essentially a giant shitpost, and a shoddily made one at that.

I originally booted this in GZDoom but was getting a framerate of 7.5 SPF (yes, that's seconds per frame). Tried again in PrBoom and it's (unsurprisingly) still a load of shite. :P

To also note, the isn't beatable on PrBoom+ as the door switch doesn't work. In addition to that, there's thousands of enemies out of bounds, and I don't think there's even an exit, though I didn't care to check.
