5The Obey Tailgater S is a four-door sports sedan car featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. The overall design of the Tailgater S appears to be based on the third-generation Audi RS3 Sedan (8V), with some minor elements taken from the fourth-generation RS3 Sedan (8Y), most noticeably the bonnet. Tailgater S's headlights and the lower front intakes are derived from the third generation Volvo S60, while the shape of the grille seems to be inspired by those of the 2021 BMW M3 (G80/G81) and 2021 BMW M4 (G82/G83), which can be seen in the grille's octagonal design that's more akin to BMW's design than the hexagonal one found in the Audi's. Tailgater S inner section of the tail lights, though entirely similar to the Audi A3/S3/RS3 sedan, is influenced by the 2018 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan (V177). The Tailgater S has superb traction despite its RWD layout, and has a decent top speed and handling. However, Tailgater S Achilles heel is its weight, which hinders its acceleration and will make the Tailgater S struggle against vehicles such as the Calico GTF, Jester RR and even the Comet S2. Braking power of Tailgater S is also average due to the weight and despite turning well, Tailgater S tends to understeer if one turns a sharp corner flat out. Tailgater S's advantage, however, is that it has good resistance against collisions, and the wheels won't bent easily compared to similar cars, making Tailgater S an ideal choice for getaways and transport. The Obey Tailgater S can be purchase from Legendary Motorsport for $1,495,000 or for $1,121,250 after completing the Auto Shop setup mission "Impounded Car".

Go to the right auto shop and you'll have a car that looks like a street racer on the outside, while on the inside it gives you the kind of air-conditioned comfort you need to pull over and give 110% in your team's 9pm Idea Shower.
Vehicle trade prices are unlocked every 5 LS Car Meet Reputation Levels, with the Euros always unlocked at level 1. The trade prices for the Calico GTF, Dominator GTT, Futo GTX, Jester RR, Remus, RT3000, Warrener HKR and ZR350 are randomly unlocked from levels 5 - 40. From levels 45-75, the trade prices for the Comet S2, Dominator ASP, Vectre, Growler, Sultan RS Classic, Cypher and Previon are randomly unlocked every 5 levels. Postlude amd Kanjo SJ was added in The Criminal Enterprises update amd unlocks every 5 levels after the other cars.
Colored headlights can be installed at the LS Car Meet or Arena War Workshop. Players can modify their own vehicles in their Auto Shop. Classic and Crew paint is free, and other modifications have a 5% discount. All locked modifications are unlocked for the shop owner in their own Auto Shop.
