Make sure you bring that guy along with you so that way you can complete the side quest.

AS for the boss he sure loves to use fire on you and he will block some of his weaknesses so make sure your team is well rounded.

I also go to the next town where to get the next advanced job armsmaster this one works a little differently, you see to unlock the other skills you need to find the rusted weapons then take them to the blacksmith so that they can be turned into divine weapons.

However you need to equip the weapon to use the skill so having 4 armsmasters wouldn't be good since they could only use about 2 skills.

PS:Next time even more exploring yep I still go a lot to explore here LOL!
