This devlog goes over the optimisations I did to improve the performance of the previous demo. I used a C++ profiler, optimised the animations, the navigation pathfinding, and use of resources. I reduced the triangle count on the character models and introduced static lighting. I also fixed lag spikes and a memory leak.
