Program the SD card initially with: https://www.balena.io/etcher/
with latest release by mrfusion: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/mr-fusion/releases
Download update_all.sh from: https://github.com/theypsilon/Update_All_MiSTer
This will download all arcade roms and all necessary bioses.
You will still need to download the amiga kickstarter roms yourself. You can find some here: https://www.retro32.com/download/amiga-kickstart-roms-commodore-a500-a600-a1000-a3000-a4000-a1200-a2000
Getting MSX working. Download this premade .vhd:
