Palworld - New Terraprisma Weapon! Checking It Out To See If It Is Good!
3Terraprisma is a new weapon introduced with the Tides of Terraria update, and you can find it on one on of the new islands added yesterday (6/25/2025). The island you need to find is the Eternal Summer Isle, and it can be found just southeast of the Fisherman's Point fast travel point in the Mount Obsidian region. Once you get to the island, you can go to the new Terraria themed dungeon by using the glowing blue circle near the statue!
Now that you are in the dungeon, you have to open chests to get a chance to have the schematic for the weapon drop. Since you can play through the dungeon frequently (it's like 2 and a half minutes after you exit the dungeon at the end), you can farm it pretty quickly until you get the Schematic. While you are playing through the dungeon, make sure to kill enemies and break pots to collect Hallowed Bars! These are needed for the new Terraria weapons and armor! When you have the schematic, head to a base and craft Terraprisma. The crafting cost for the new stuff is really cheap. Hallowed Bars and a few other items like Electric Fragments and such.
Terraprisma is really good! It allows you to summon up to 9 swords that fly behind you. When an aggressive enemy is nearby, the swords will fly to the enemy and start attacking them! The swords do pretty decent damage, and they attack fairly quick as well. Being able to use another weapon while these are summoned adds another layer of usefulness to them as well! These took care of mobs fast, and before I even got close to them sometimes. Against the Eye of Cthulhu, the swords cut his health down rapidly, but when tEoC transformed ate low health, they stopped attacking it, and wouldn't start attacking again until I hit tEoC with the Terraprisma. No biggie, but seems like a bug to me (maybe the animation of tEoC transforming cancels the lock-on of the swords?). Anyways, this weapon is great, especially since you can use other weapons while the sword are summoned!
Just a note that I did this with the Common rarity for the weapon to see how good the base version is. I will be farming out schematics and trying for legendary versions of each of the new weapons and armor, either through drops, or combining them. I will be posting videos of the other weapons you can earn in the new dungeon, so look for them if you are interested in what the new Terraria themed items are!
