Palworld | Specter's New Base
2Hey everyone! We bought and set up a dedicated server for Palworld! It was a REAL pain and took a TON of work to get our local co-op world uploaded, and we even managed to save all of our player and guild data! There were only a couple of things we had to redo, which I will list in the bottom of the description for this video. The server host we went with is: https://www.dathost.net/ so be sure to check them out! The prices are affordable, the setup is easy, and it even lets you have extra customization and provides FTP support.
This was a blast, and our friend Jumpy did an amazing job of decorating Specter's new base. We can't wait for you to see it in this video. As we all unlock more furniture options, it will continue to improve. We are not yet sharing the server connection link, because we want to be sure that all necessary safeguards are in place first, so thank you for your patience on that.
Below is how Zollern managed to save the local co-op world and upload all of its data (along with all player data) to the server host.

[EXTRA STEPS]
1 - You'll need to make someone else the guild master (if you are in one), leave the guild, then ask to rejoin. Once you do that, they let you back in. If you were the guild master before, ask them to set you back again. Then poof, you're fine. Otherwise, you may show as belonging to a different guild.
2 - For your Pals to work on your base and be recognized again as "yours," you'll need to "drop" them from your party. They'll drop in little pal spheres that you can pick up, and they will then once again be re-associated with you. You'll need to do this for every pal working on your guild's base(s), as well as the ones in your party. So if you switch them out to one you haven't dropped and pick back up yet, remember to do that!
