Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (2024): Boss #20: Shadow Queen + Ending & Credits
2Bowser's interruption gives Grodus the time he needs to escape to the lowest chamber of the Palace of Shadow, where he sacrifices Peach to the Shadow Queen as a vessel for the demon's spirit. She quickly turns against him, however, and then challenges Mario.
In the first phase of the battle, you must wear down roughly half of her 150 HP. Once you accomplish this, she will assume her true form and become invulnerable to all damage. A cutscene will then play shortly after where many of the characters you met over the course of the game reinvigorate Mario with their wishes, giving you the strength to overcome her.
From this point forward, the battle is a straightforward fight to the death, with the Shadow Queen unleashing her full arsenal of powers against Mario. This is a long, difficult fight, and you will have to use your items and moves to maximum effect to win.
