I finally figured out how to get that Ice Power badge in the bridge area of Keelhaul Key. Totally forgot about paper thin mode. Anyway,give the chuckola cola to Bobbery and he'll join your party. Didn't think he was really dying did you? He plays just like Bombette from the first game,only no body slam. Anyway,after he joins,examine the wall nearby and head back to camp. You'll need to get Flavio to join you to the wall,where he'll give you his skull gem. Listen to his song and do what the lyrics say to open a path into the Pirate's Cove. Lava Bubbles appear in here. If you have Ice Power on you do slightly more damage to them. Bill Blasters return in this area as well,cannons that shoot Bullet Bills.
