A few different strategies here. If we think about optimization levels - BP, items, and turns - each one is optimal in certain respects, but unoptimal in others. The first two strategies use 2BP, better than 3BP. The last two strategies use 0 items, better than 1 item. The first and last strategy complete it in four turns, better than 5. Each strategy, however, uses one of those other suboptimal elements. I'd be curious to see if anyone can find a strategy that's 2BP, 4 turn, 0 items!

Level One rules:
10HP, 5FP, 3BP
No Superguards
No partner upgrades
Cannot lower HP to 5
HP Plus/FP Plus are allowed
Start each battle fully healed
