First off, for this one, I did use save states. Mostly because the execution is not something I want to spend super long working on, lol. So many Earth Tremors, and so many sweet treats in the later fight. Not to mention stage hazards ruining things. I do really like this strategy though, as it uses star power looping in different ways. It also takes advantage of completely neutralizing Grodus' ability to attack, and doesn't need a levelup. You could make a strategy for leveling up, but I didn't really bother with it.

Level One rules:
10HP, 5FP, 3BP
No Superguards
No partner upgrades
Cannot lower HP to 5
HP Plus/FP Plus are allowed
Start each battle fully healed
