This tutorial shows how to create and use a particle system in LibGDX. It's part of the ongoing GameFromScratch.com LibGDX Tutorial series ( http://www.gamefromscratch.com/page/LibGDX-Tutorial-series.aspx ).
In this tutorial we create a project from scratch, then load it up in both IntelliJ IDEA and Eclipse and show how to use the Particle Editor to create and save a particle effect. Then we show the code showing how to use that effect.
