This build is on another dimension guys, the killer tempest build is back. Tempest got nerfed on the previous patch, which reduces the damage output, and here comes a new perk, which gives a ray of hope to make tempest broken again. This build works VERY well and kills real fast.

The key to this build is Tempest and movement speed, along with some other perks to make this build more effective. The new perk, Invigorated, give a whopping 50% bonus to movement speed, which can be considered as the highest movement speed gain in the game. Since the damage from Tempest Omnicell scales from movement speed, it makes the omnicell into a seriously deadly weapon.

The only downside is when you hit an Unbroken Part, cuz the bonus damage from movement speed only applies to unbroken Parts, so make sure to hit Unbroken Parts with tempest for massive damage! Happy Hunting folks !
