The one and only so far on youtube lol.
And it's done on maps with a build that has a lot of shattering, so it's likely one of the most demanding for GPU.

MY RECOMMENDED SETTINGS FOR B580 1440p
Mode: Fullscreen (windowed fullscreen brings stutters)
Renderer: Vulkan (dx11 and dx12 are unplayable)
Upscaler: FSR Quality
Shadows: Shadows and GI
Quality of shadows + GI: low
Number of lights: medium
Textures: High
Engine multithreading ON

remaining settings shouldn't matter much
but my preference is
VSync OFF
No fps cap
Dynamic Culling on

These settings yield about 50-100fps most of the time.
PoE2 and PoE1 are games where fps fluctuates a lot due to an amount of mobs and skill effects on screen so broad range like that is normal.
These settings can dip as low as 40fps or even to around 35fps in extremely demanding scenarios.
If you want to achieve more fluid gameplay switch settings to shadows only -- this should make you above 50fps no matter what.

Would I recommend b580 for PoE2? It's hard to say. Even at 1080p you probably won't be able to have good fps on higher settings and instead will need to run it at medium. Overall, if you have no budget or want to save money, it's good enough. If PoE2 is your main game and you have more money, buy something stronger so you can enjoy the game on higher settings or with even more fluid gameplay.

My system:
Windows 11
Hard drive: KC3000 2TB M.2 drive
CPU: Ryzen 5800X3D
RAM: some 3000mhz cl15
MB: B450-A PRO MAX. Rebar enabled. PCIE 3.0.
GPU: SPARKLE Intel Arc B580
