Persona 3 - Low Level Part 19: Royal Dancer, Reckoning Dice
Depending on whom you ask, this is either my 1000th video or my 983rd. YouTube tells me it's DA BIG MILESTONE and I don't seem to have any private, unlisted videos or ones restricted due to copyright. I'll wait for somebody else to tell me when I reach the 1000 video mark that everybody else can see though!
Still... That's a lot of challenge videos huh?

Anyway, the last two bosses of Harabah are in this video. Something happened with the sound in the last one so I put on some relevant music instead. Hope this problem doesn't come back to haunt me later!
Royal Dancer 3x
Faced in a party of three, these folks have lots of negative status that they don't hesitate to spam, and the presence of Heat Wave on them means using an Attack Mirror on the party helps not only our survival but also the damage output.
They seem to vulnerable to some of their own statuses too, but what really wallops the place is Vorpal Blade, used by the MC in Great condition. They don't resist it at all, and since there are three targets (until they start dying...), the chance that somebody will get critted becomes very high... This means that I can technically get 4 Vorpal Blades in a row on MC's turn assuming I crit exactly one enemy the first three times.
Fun stuff.
Reckoning Dice
Now this one isn't fun at all. There's an endless loop you can pull off in this fight, involving having a character under Provoke and the boss maintaining his Tetrakarn (phys mirror) on. I didn't feel like exploiting this at all once I fiddled around with those ideas. Firstly, enraged characters recover from the status eventually, and this doesn't necessarily occur at the right time. You also can't make the boss enrage the exact character you desire to be enraged. Secondly, the boss blocks all magical elements, so if you want to get damage done this way, it will have to be via Megido magic, which is only accessible to the MC, is rather weak and also has a sizeable mana cost.
So what I do is rely on an overtly offensive strat - knocking the boss down, hoping for Vorpal Blade crits, going for the dizzy status, Cruel Attacks, and Sukunda so that the boss's Megido magic doesn't lead to an early game over, and I do ensure everyone can Endure at least one fatal hit (Akihiko and Ken have evolved Personas, while MC and Aigis have Spirit Bracers from maxed Titan).
