Caseking's Computex booth featured the new Der8auer Phase Change Cooler and a 3M Novec-cooled system (using Novec 7100). The phase-change cooler uses a Novec-like fluid -- it's not actually Novec -- to cool the CPU, evaporating into a gas and condensing later. This is all at Computex 2018.
